Train safely. This is not medical advice, and you train at your own risk.
The Virtual Coach builds strength-training programs with software and artificial intelligence. Please read this before you train.
Not medical advice
The Service is for general fitness and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a physician, physical therapist, or a qualified in-person coach. Talk to a physician before you start any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, pain, a medical condition, or any concern about your ability to train safely.
You train at your own risk
Strength training carries an inherent risk of serious injury. You assume that risk when you use the Service. Programs and weights are suggestions produced by automated systems, may contain errors, and may not be appropriate for you. You are responsible for choosing what is safe for you, for warming up, for using correct form, and for selecting loads you can handle with good technique.
Listen to your body
Never train through pain. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, or any symptom that concerns you. Do not attempt a lift, a weight, or a session that feels unsafe, regardless of what a program suggests. Adjust or skip anything that is not right for you on a given day.
Our role and our limits
The coaching content and the prescribed weights are starting points to inform your own decisions, not commands. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, or loss that results from your form, your technique, your training decisions, or your use of any program or information from the Service. By using the Service, you accept this and our Terms of Service.
